Throughout my psychology journey, I've been continually inspired by the power of human connection in fostering growth and healing. My practice is built on a foundation of trust and honesty, allowing me to provide consistent support and cultivate strong, enduring relationships with my clients. I find profound satisfaction in the daily opportunity to guide and empower individuals as they work towards their unique aspirations.
Transitioning from a career in the sports industry to psychology has been an insightful, challenging, and deeply rewarding journey. I am consistently inspired by the individuals I work with, and I prioritise building my practice upon a foundation of honesty and trust.
My practice is built upon a foundation of connection, with a primary focus on cultivating a robust therapeutic alliance. I am dedicated to empowering my clients to reach a higher level of self-awareness through sessions that are carefully customised to align with their specific goals. Adopting a strengths-based outlook, I provide support characterised by empathy and compassion.
It is an honour to provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where meaningful change can occur and to see the positive difference our work makes in their lives.
