What services do you offer at Scope?

I provide services for all ages, including therapy to manage:

    • Anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders
    • Challenges associated with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodevelopmental conditions
    • Daily living skills support for NDIS participants
    • Stressor- and trauma-related difficulties, and substance use
Who would benefit from seeing you?

I work with clients across the full lifespan and range of developmental stages, and given my background, I have a particular focus on anxiety, trauma-related difficulties, and substance use — including veterans and anyone navigating dependence.

What has your psychology journey looked like?

I'm a provisionally registered psychologist, currently completing my Master's of Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Social Neuroscience, after a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) with Honours at QUT. My particular interest lies in anxiety-based presentations, stressor and trauma-related disorders, and substance use — an area I've worked in directly, including with people navigating substance dependence and with ADF veterans.

What values underpin your approach?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and transparent, grounded in evidence-based practice. I work from a strengths-based lens, and I keep therapy practical — built around goals that are realistic and led by the client, not imposed on them.

What do you find rewarding about being a psychologist?

Watching people build the tools and resilience they need to face life's challenges — and seeing that shift from struggling with something to having a real way through it.

Why do you like working at Scope?

The environment here is welcoming and supportive, which matters as much to how I work as it does to clients.

What are some of your personal interests?

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me with a fantasy novel or reading up on general science, or with a guitar in hand — I've been playing for almost 15 years now. I'm also happiest outdoors, whether that's a hike, a walk, or snowboarding.
