Fees

Payment

The cost of a consultation is payable at the end of the session by cash, direct deposit, credit/debit card or PayPal Pay in 4. If payment of your invoice is not received within 7 days, it is considered overdue. You will receive 3 reminders within 28 days of the issue of your invoice to make payment.

Rebates

Medicare rebates are only available for therapy clients who have been referred by a medical professional under a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Not all health insurance policies cover psychology services, please check with your insurance provider as to what cover you are eligible for.

New clients

All initial appointments include a one-time non-refundable new client fee of $50 to cover administrative costs. The fee is payable per family, which means it will be waived for additional immediate family members of current clients. NDIS participants do not need to pay a new client fee.
