This position provides expert clinical leadership and consultation to the entire team, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and ethical services that align with Scope's strategic vision.
The Clinical Lead is the primary point of clinical escalation, holding ultimate responsibility for the management of the clinical risk register, the response to complex clinical presentations, and the safeguarding of high-risk participants, particularly those funded by the NDIS. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and collegial support.
