What services do you offer at Scope?

I provide therapy services for older adolescents (16 years+) and adults, including:

  • Therapy to manage:
    • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
    • Workplace difficulties 
    • People recovering from a work-related injury and accessing support through WorkCover
    • Parenting challenges using the Circle of Security Parenting Program ®
    • Depression, anxiety and stress
    • Challenges associated with autism
    • Grief and loss
              Who would benefit from seeing you?

              I work with older adolescents and adults who have experienced challenging life events or are struggling to function each day. I support my clients using EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

                    What values underpin your approach?

                    I create a supportive and compassionate environment for my clients to receive high-quality therapy services. My work as a psychologist is professional and guided by integrity and kindness. I work collaboratively with my clients to build their individual strengths and resilience to move towards their values.

                          What do you find rewarding about being a psychologist?

                          It is an honour to witness clients take valued actions that assist them to move towards wellness.

                                Why do you like working at Scope?

                                I am new to Scope and feel very welcomed by the team.

                                      What are some of your personal interests?

                                      I enjoy spending time with my six-year-old son, family and friends. I am most at home in nature, including hiking in the mountains and the bush and the beaches on the Sunshine Coast where I live.
