Who would benefit from seeing you?

I mostly work with new parents (and their children) who are struggling with prenatal and postpartum anxiety, depression, stress and emotional dysregulation. I also often work with insomniacs with comorbid presentations and young people with interpersonal difficulties, anxiety or depression.

        What values underpin your approach?

My therapeutic approach blends empathy, cultural sensitivity and evidence-based practices. I’m committed to creating a supportive and non-judgemental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings. Drawing from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic modalities, it’s important to me that I personalise my approach to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Having lived abroad and engaged with individuals from diverse cultures, I aim to bring a depth of understanding and adaptability to my practice. I offer a nuanced and relatable approach that fosters deep connections, cultivates resilience, and facilitates meaningful progress and growth in my client’s therapeutic journey.

What has your psychology journey looked like?

I have a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and have worked in both private practice and public mental health services. I’ve provided evidence-based therapy to clients of all ages, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, trauma and perinatal distress. I'm dedicated to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and I am excited to apply my experience to support neurodivergent clients at Scope.
