What has your journey as a counsellor looked like?

I hold Bachelor's degrees in Counselling and Psychology, and I'm passionate about working with adolescents and young adults.

        What values underpin your approach?

I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, and can support clients in their journey to flourishing through a versatile approach that can adapt to meet them where they are, as I prioritise focusing on each individual's unique lived experience, and life situation. I walk alongside clients in their discovery, and exploration of wellbeing, and am passionate in helping them to have agency in their lives, be themselves and learn to thrive.

What do you find rewarding about being a counsellor?

It's a privilege to connect with clients and listen to their stories. It's always rewarding to make a positive impact on a client's day to day experience, providing support when they need it most.
