Advance Your Career: From Client Support to Senior Team Member (Fast-Track)
We're hiring a Client Support team member who wants to build something with us over the long term. The role starts at two days a week, with a clear path to grow into a senior position by early to mid 2027. Progression is built around performance milestones, and you'll move forward as you demonstrate the skills to do so.
You'll work alongside our Clinic Coordinator from day one, learning how the practice runs. We put real investment into the people we hire and look for commitment in return.
If you’re looking for ‘just a job’ to fill the hours, this role is not for you. But if you’re a driven A-player looking for a long-term home where your initiative, loyalty, and reliability are genuinely seen and rewarded with genuine career progression, we’d love to hear from you.
Who We're Looking For
- A natural people person: warm, professional, and genuinely good with people
- Highly organised and detail-focused; you take pride in getting things right
- Switched on and self-directed: you notice what needs doing and get on with it
- Curious and comfortable with AI, automation, and open to learning new software
- Steady and adaptable: things move at pace here and you're okay with that
- Ready to commit to a minimum of 24–36 months: we put real investment into the people we hire and look for the same in return
- At least one year of admin experience, ideally in a medical or allied health setting
- Strong written and verbal communication
Your Growth Path
We've put together a clear, three-phase development plan so you always know where you stand, what you're working toward, and what real progress looks like. You'll move forward at the pace your performance earns.
Phase 1: Finding Your Feet
This is where you settle in and become a confident, capable part of the team. You'll learn our systems, get comfortable with the daily rhythm of clinic life, and start building solid working relationships with clients and practitioners.
- Welcoming clients, answering enquiries, and keeping a calm, friendly clinic atmosphere
- Handling bookings, payments, and day-to-day admin with care and accuracy
- Getting comfortable with our practice management software, communication tools, and team systems
- Supporting our practitioners so they can focus on their clinical work
Phase 2: Hitting Your Stride
Once the foundations are solid, you'll take on more complex work and start managing parts of the client experience on your own. The role expands noticeably here.
- Guiding new clients through their first contact with Scope: calls, enquiries, intake, and onboarding
- Managing more involved bookings, payments, and billing situations with confidence
- Supporting our NDIS clients and building an understanding of how funding works in this space
- Noticing gaps in our systems and bringing ideas to improve them
Phase 3: Senior Team Member
At this stage you become a trusted, experienced contributor to how Scope operates. You'll be someone the team relies on, a mentor to newer members, and an active voice in how we keep improving.
- Handling complex financial, NDIS, and client situations with skill and care
- Mentoring newer team members and supporting their development
- Helping refine processes and contributing to where Scope heads next
- Eligible for increased hours (up to 3–5 days) and some hybrid flexibility from early to mid 2027, based on performance
What We Offer
- A clear development plan with specific milestones
- Hours: 2 days/week to start, growing to up to 3–5 days in early 2027 if you want that (performance-based)
- Some hybrid flexibility once you're established (one day per fortnight)
- In-house professional development tailored to your strengths and interests
- Staff perks including team events and a paid day off for your birthday
- A friendly, supportive, neurodiversity-affirming workplace with a real team culture
