Why do you employ your psychologists rather than using contractors?
While the contractor model is very common in Australia, we believe an employment model allows for a "unified" approach. Because our team are permanent employees, we can provide them with consistent internal training, collective peer supervision, and shared clinical resources. This means you aren’t just getting one person’s expertise, you’re getting the combined knowledge of our entire practice.
Does this change the "quality" of my session?
Is my information still private if you work as a "team"?
Absolutely. Privacy is our highest priority. Being a unified team simply means our practitioners have access to high-level clinical support and internal quality checks. It allows us to ensure that our reports and treatment plans are accurate and meet our practice’s strict professional standards.
Why the "No AI" rule?
AI can be a great tool for things like scheduling or administrative tasks. However, we believe it’s not an appropriate sidekick for clinical work yet. By opting out of AI for session notes and reports, we ensure that every piece of your treatment plan is crafted by an experienced and highly trained human professional who understands the nuance and complexity of your life.
