I have a background in Psychology, Education, Disability Support and Advocacy. In true "AuDHD style" (subtle clue here! 🙂) I have embarked in various professions before landing on what has been my passion and focus for the past 5 years, to provide support to the neurodivergent community.

I am a late diagnosed woman who discovered their own neurodivergence (Autism and ADHD, and possibly a splash of others in there!) after a family member's diagnosis.

The willingness of having a more direct and concrete impact on practice and access for services that neurodivergent people are often discouraged from and/or hindered to access because of the many barriers they encounter.

By providing my knowledge, insight and experience as a neurodivergent individual and professional, I aim at supporting meaningful neuroaffirming care for my community.
