The Scope ND Advisory Board

Nothing About Us Without Us

Scope Psychology has established the Scope ND Advisory Board to ensure our services are guided by the community we serve. Guided by the principle of "Nothing About Us Without Us," the board is comprised of individuals with diverse neurodivergent lived experiences.

We want to close the gap between clinical research and lived experience. By bringing together our expertise and the neurodivergent community's lived experience, this board is helping us reshape our practice from the ground up to make sure it actually works for the people who come through our doors.

About our advisory board

Scope Psychology is a practice dedicated to providing affirming therapy and assessment services for neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults. Our mission is to support our clients by understanding their unique strengths, respecting their experiences, and creating a space where they can be their authentic selves.

The purpose of the board is to provide advice and feedback on Scope's services, resources, and communications. Whether it’s tweaking the pace of our therapy sessions, rethinking how we communicate, or making sure our language is inclusive, their insights directly shape how we operate and help us better meet the needs of clients and the broader neurodivergent community.
