  • Return to work after acquired brain injury, mental health episode or autistic burnout
  • Cognitive and Memory assessment after surgery or in the context of a chronic condition
  • Memory assessment to evaluate dementia, particularly in the context of a neurodevelopmental condition
  • Assessment for Psychosocial Disability
  • Neurodevelopmental assessment for autism, ADHD and intellectual disability in the context of complex mental health
Who would benefit from seeing you?
I mostly work with young people, their families and the systems around them, but I also enjoy working with adult clients. My main focus is supporting individuals who have been impacted by traumatic experiences or attachment difficulties. With assessments, I like working with clients who want a better understanding of how their mental health impacts their functioning, and how they can overcome their challenges to live a more fulfilling life.
What values underpin your approach?

I value taking an accepting, compassionate, client-centred approach that also allows space for humour and playfulness where appropriate. I aim to provide a collaborative space where clients know that nothing they say will be judged.

What has your psychology journey looked like?

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master's by Research focused on suicide prevention, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. As a clinical psychologist trained in the UK, I've gained extensive experience working across the entire lifespan with a wide spectrum of presentations. I use a range of evidence-based therapies, including CBT, ACT, Mentalization-Based Approaches, and Compassion-Focused Approaches. I enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities to make sense of their past experiences, present difficulties and future directions.

What do you find rewarding about being a psychologist?

I feel honoured to be trusted to witness client’s stories (at often the most distressing point in their lives) and to help people regain glimmers of hope and light when things feel dark and heavy.
